My Philosophy
At Find Your Way Back Counselling & Healing, I believe that everyone has the potential to live the life they came here to live. My Counselling services are designed to help you find your connection back to yourself. It is through the connection to our hearts that healing can happen to transform our lives.
My Services
I specialise in Individual Counselling and Couples Counselling. Individual Counselling is extended out to all ages including children and young people. Each session is catered to the needs and age of the particular client.
Couples Counselling is for any type of relationship needing support around conflict resolution or connection. Couples Counselling can help you to reconnect to your partner or work through a particular issue which has occurred causing strain on the relationship.
I offer in person sessions as well as online sessions to suit different needs. This is available for both Individual and Couples Counselling.
In addition to my Counselling Services I also offer Angel Card Readings as an added healing modality. Angel Card readings may sometimes be included in our counselling session should you welcome it and should I feel the need to bring them in. I also offer separate Angel Card readings as its own session as these cards can open up a world of self awareness and understanding. The messages are insightful and loving and will offer you further guidance on an area in your life in which you may be feeling stuck.
My approach
My counselling approach is a unique combination of my professional experience and personal healing journey. I have formulated my own style of counselling which focuses on the soul, spirit and energy body. I take into account all aspects of who you are.
In my Practice I use a holistic approach to achieve healing. In seeking healing and wellness I believe it is important to look at, and work with, all facets of your being. The mind and heart can often cause confusion if we don't know how to hear our hearts, understand our emotions and quiet our minds. Let me help you better understand you and find your way back to your centre.
I will guide you through ways to better understand your heart and what your soul is really yearning for in this lifetime. Sometimes you may present with a particular symptom you want to remedy, but in truth the root of the problem causing this symptom can be unconscious to you. My role in your life will be to help guide you to better understand how your soul speaks to you. I will help you understand how to connect to your body and be in your body so you can feel and understand everything. I believe in getting to the root of the problem rather than just "band-aiding" or treating the symptoms.
